Mark Kingswood.

When Mark Kingswood invited Mark to work with him on his debut album, (Which blossomed into three albums) It is clear it was a relationship meant to be. Mark wrote and co-wrote many of Kingswood’s tracks such as “Got A Thing For Swing”, “Dancing On A Monday”, “Mr Birmingham”, “Little Joes”, “Brave Enough”, “Original” and the BBC Radio 2 Favourite single “Strong”. It’s no wonder Mark Kingswood is quickly becoming a rising star in the big-band/pop world.

Matt Dusk.

One of the first Crooner projects Mark was invited to work on, was Matt Dusk’s debut album for Universal Music. With a smooth voice and tone reminiscent of the great rat pack, he was passionate about writing songs which really showcased the soft rasp in Matt’s voice. Mark wrote ‘Precious Years’ & ‘Every Mother’s Son’. The album was nominated for a Juno award.

Ennio Morricone.

One of Mark’s favourite career highlights was working with the great Ennio Morricone. Mark was privileged to be asked to compose the lyrics to ‘Gabriel’s oboe’: The Mission. Following the release, many international artists have re-recorded the song, including: Dolce Pontes, Sofia Kallgren and Giorgia Fumanti.

Katherine Jenkins.

Mark was the writer of the track ‘House Of No Regrets’ - featured on ‘Second Nature’: which went on to win Album of the Year 2005 at the Classical Brit Awards.

Leann Rimes.

Leann Rimes performed Mark’s track “I Dream” As the 2002 Laureus World Sports Award anthem. Leann gave a stellar performance and the message behind the lyric resonated impeccably for this very high-profile award.

Pop Idols. TV. Placements

Mark’s songs have been recorded, covered, promoted and featured by Recording artists, TV Stars, Dance Platforms, Music TV Shows including the worldwide ‘Idol’ franchise. US Dance pro and TV Star Derek Hough featured Mark Kingswood’s “Dancing On A Monday” in a recent online campaign to bring awareness to fitness whilst enjoying dance at home.
